Pinot Noir 2007

Aged 18 month of delicate French Oak barrel aging has created layers of berry, black pepper and plum flavors, giving this award winning Pinot Noir the structure to complement a variety of dishes.

Winemaker’s Notes:

Unlike the Pinot Noir’s of the Oregon Willamette Valley our grapes are grown in different conditions: full sun, higher altitude, less precipitation. The wine is more typical of the Burgundian style Pinot- so open up your taste buds and enjoy!
